WELCOME to the Long Creek Owner's Association (LCOA).

Long Creek is a gated community with private roads which are maintained by LCOA as well as the common areas. There is a pavilioned park on the banks of Guadalupe River where residents may fish, swim and have a picnic. The Bandit Golf Course is a separate privately owned entity that is not part of the Long Creek Owners Association. For information about the Bandit Golf Course call the pro shop at: (830)609-4665.

Long Creek Owners Association membership is mandatory for homeowners. The annual membership fees are $650 for Home Sites and $1,200 for the Golf Villas. The Golf Villa annual fee includes a lawn mowing service. More information is available in our Long Creek Welcome.

LCOA documents are available to the general public for downloading and viewing including the Restrictive Covenants and Design Guidelines. Board Meeting Minutes are only available to owners.
